Is This a Good Deal for a 6th Gen?
So I have been looking for a car just so happens my cousin wants to get rid of her 2006 maxima se. She got it with 14k on it and drives like a grandma. She commutes upstate to buffalo often so the car has 120k miles on it. The car has no transmission issues or any issues whatsoever. All regular service done I have all of the maintenance records. I also drove the car it feels perfect. So down to my question is car worth 5k? Why? Thanks for your input

That's a steal, if she is giving it to you for only $5,000 for a 2006. Normally you'll be paying about $14,000 for that. And she's family so why not, she's giving you a hell of a deal, you'll be stupid not to take it.

5K = not bad, if you like the car and have no issues making it last for a few years, get it.

That's a crackhead price for an '06, you should definitely jump on it. Just so can have an idea of how much that car goes for, go on Edmunds.com and you'll see how much the car really costs

Looking forward to some pics. Also, if there are any issues with the car, I am sure there are tons of ppl here who be willing to help you out and most likely will save you some $$. Good luck!

That was an estimate, doesn't necessarily mean it's the actual based price for that year with that amount of mileage. Not to mention the price for the whole car is $5,000. Which is a greater deal than the Altimas and other dealer prices combined.
