It all depends on what kind of power you plan on putting down. Clutch setup's are rated by their torque capacity.

Re: Going boost! Need Stage 2 Clutch & ETC...
competition clutch stg2 full face clutch, easy engagment for street use, and great grab when you need it when in boost. Far easier to drive than any puck style clutch, definitely better than ACT SS HD full face clutch, far superior than OEM replacement Exedy
I would reconsider the 400hp. Its useless on the streets, and you WILL break axles and motor mounts.

I would also say be prepared to put in $$$ to get the most reliable set-up (assuming turbo), especially if this will be for daily driven purposes as bill will add up very quickly.
Either way, good luck w/ decision.

if you dont mind whats your set up looking like are you just throwing a turbo onto a stock motor or you building the motor up

you want to run with the big dogs? go get a big dog car. you cant turn a hooker into a housewife, samething here. It doesnt matter if you lay down 300 or 700 hp. your maxima is FWD and will never put anything remotely close to that much power to good use. it will fall apart. peak hp means nothing, you dont even have to go turbo to lay down 400whp, a SC can do that just fine but thats where the similarities between the two setups end. i'm not saying dont boost, im just saying don't go nuts with the car.

Well at least you're building the motor, just make sure everything is down to specs.

you gonna need way more than a clutch with 400hp, unless your talking to the crank. i was at a little over 400 to the wheels, and had to modify every part of the car to use that power. you just dont choose hp, you have to build it with the hp in mind. good luck and enjoy, boost is a wonderful thing, lol.
