Seeking Advice: 03 Max Alt Belt Issue

Ok my belt was wining on start up then goes away after she warms up. So I changed tht belt... Wining stops, noticed the old belt had pieces (whole strip) missing. Mind u it's fairly new. Then 15-20 mins into runnin new belt I hear it flapping. I kno 4 a fact every rib was in its groove!!! The flapping stops n the wining started again! Idk any help would b gd help. Thnx

Could da belt be too tight or need new pulley?

Might need a new pulley.

the tensioner is not tight. make sure the pulley pushing on the belt tight

Ok wen I 1st replace da belt(cuz of same noise) tensioner was loose. I could turn it by hand. Bt I think ur rite!!! Cuz u need a universal 2 really get it.... N I dnt use 1. Imma try my luck 2ite n update u guys. Thnx alot yall
